Reporting Road Defects

The road network County wide is currently suffering from the effects of heavy rain followed by freezing conditions, which are causing many potholes to appear. Defect numbers are rising rapidly and Balfour Beatty are sending crews out at the weekends just to keep up. Please be patient, and check the HC website page to see whether or not defects are already in, rather than making multiple reports of particular problems.

As well as being able to report defects via the Herefordshire Council website you can check what has already been raised as a defect. The map icon identifies the date the defect was raised but won’t tell you a completion date or category. Please use this link:
